  • The vista from the Eielson Visitor Center - our shuttle bus' destination.
  • Finally, a view of the summit! North peak on the right (19,470 ft.), and south peak on the left (the highest point in North America at 20,320 ft.).
  • Denali dwarfs all the other mountains in the Alaska Range. Its peak is over 16,000 feet higher than where I was standing when I took this photo.
